Tinker Tier Zero

While on Tinker, the main project I was in charge of was Tier Zero. A self help website that customers on Tinker could visit and resolve problems themselves by reading articles or a automated system would diagnose and submit tickets to remedy with certain info the script would use to interact with the api.

72ABW Admin Tool

While on Tinker, I developed the 72ABW Admin Tool. It's a graphic interface that would be able to run script as admin on remote systems and perform certain tasks daily to keep the help desk on certain trends that were going on.

CompSource Help Desk Tool

While at CompSource, there was some problems off boarding and on boarding new employees into the system. Developed a non-gui, cli script that would clone other employees or use a template and add them to Windows Active Directory and Sync them to Azure Active Directory. The Help Desk Tool could also find employees computer names without asking by querying Sccm for last computer logged into from.

Guidewire 10 Deployment

This was the first massive project that was all software based. Helped in getting new servers online for appliances, created new scripts and operations written in PowerShell, Hold Sorter Archive and Guidewire 10 Batchrunner.

Guidewire 10 Batchrunner

While at CompSource there was a automated process that would run Guidewire 7 jobs and would be able to control them on dates and times better then cron could. There needed to be a new version of Guidewire batchrunner called Guidewire 10 Batchrunner. This would interact with Guidewire 10's new api system. Written in PowerShell, as the last one was, I created one that would interact with the Guidewire 10 api using Guidewire's soap packet infrastructure.
